On today's 'BradCast': Lower courts blocked an executive order issued by Donald Trump directing the US Postal Service to obtain state voter lists and prevent delivery of absentee mail ballots to any voter not on the list. Then the corrupted rightwing supermajority on the US Supreme Court issued a disturbing ruling allowing some of Trump's executive order to proceed, risking chaos and confusion in the midterm elections. Constitutional Law Prof. Justin Levitt of Loyola University Law School explains what the ruling means -- and doesn't mean -- in the complex litigation, and how voters can protect their right to vote.
