Fresh off winning Best New Brewpub in Philadelphia magazine's 2026 Best of Philly awards, the pair bring a decade-plus resume: Sakolsky apprenticed at Vermont's Hill Farmstead, founded Deciduous Brewing in 2014, and was head brewer at Colorado's Black Shirt Brewing, while Goldstein cofounded a software company before going full time into fermentation.
