<p>It was an absolute pleasure to have Drs David and Jen Unwin on the show! Watch them dissect through Diabetes, Metabolic diseases, low carb, food addiction and much more! </p><p>Dr. David Unwin is an award-winning general practitioner (or family doctor) known for pioneering the low-carb approach in the UK. Through the years, Dr. Unwin has been highly recognized for his work within his field.</p><p>In 2015, Dr. Unwin was made a UK Royal College of General Practitioners expert clinical advisor in 2015 for his dedicated efforts within the areas of patient communication and type 2 diabetes. She works with the NHS helping patients manage chronic illness and achieve wellbeing. She also works with her GP husband <a href="https://www.dietdoctor.com/authors/dr-david-unwin">Dr. David Unwin</a> helping patients stick to lifestyle changes. She has focussed a lot of her time into food and carbohydrate addiction.
