Welcome to season 13 of Love’s Everyday Radius. Our guest is beloved Hoffman Process teacher, Jo Mattoon. In this fascinating conversation, Jo shares the ongoing changes happening within Hoffman Institute Foundation and the new Hoffman centers worldwide. Behind the scenes, Hoffman teachers and staff work to support the change and growth needed to meet the desires of those ready to take the Process and of our alumni.

Jo and friends in the Swiss Alps

Jo Mattoon holds a B.A. in the Humanities and a Master’s in Public Administration. Her first career was as a Human Resources executive; her second career was as an executive coach/leadership trainer. She has now found her true purpose in teaching/coaching for the Hoffman Process.

In addition to teaching and coaching, Jo leads the Programs Team for Hoffman Institute Foundation (HIF). The team is responsible for the development and upkeep of all of HIF’s program curriculum, including the Process and alumni offerings.
