<p>Ken Craig is the principal at Samuel Webb Elementary School in Wethersfield, CT. With 20 years in the field of education, Ken went from a music teacher to a principal. His school is a model for what trauma-informed restorative practices look like in the real world. Grades are up, attendance is up, and kids rarely arrive late because they want to see the school&#39;s facilities dog, who is there with a wagging tail. This is what school should look like.
