<p>You&#39;ve heard us talk with David Jennings in past episodes about Caleb&#39;s Crossing bourbon and rye. For this week&#39;s short, we taste and review the brand new limited-edition release (only 370 bottles) from Caleb&#39;s Crossing Whiskey Company which is the 1776-2026 Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey. Curated by our friend David Jennings, it features a blend of hand-selected barrels combining a traditional 95/5 rye mash bill with an experimental 100% rye. The whiskey is 8 years old and comes in at 110.76 proof. How does this one taste? You&#39;ll have to listen to find out.
