Rhys de Burgh Part 1: Health, Income and Longevity in the Music Industry

This series, we meet Rhys, front man of the band SoSo and a long term client of Ethan's. In part 1, we discuss how Rhys studied and became a lawyer while also pursing his love for music through multiple bands. This demanded discipline and a lot of self-negotiation with priorities and sacrifice.

We unpack how this shift happened, the internal conflict of balancing two demanding paths, and the moment Rhys realised he couldn’t give everything equal weight anymore. We also discuss Rhys' relationship with the gym, his body image and motivations for staying healthy during an intense time of his life.

SoSo's website: SoSO band - SearchSoSo's Instagram: SoSo (@sosopunx) • Instagram photos and videosSoSo on Spotify: Spotify – Web PlayerAny feedback reach out to ethan.miles@movementtherapy.net.au
