#170: McKenna Magic

<p>On the 30th of May, the Lions lost their sixth game for the season against Fremantle at the Gabba, sinking to a 6 and 6 record with wildcard finals looking our best hope.</p><p>It led to all of us just about ruling out a top four finish, realising that we could probably only afford to lose one more game for the entire season for that to be possible.</p><p>Who would’ve known that that would be exactly what we’d do.</p><p>10 wins and 1 loss later, and the Lions have finished the home &amp; away season in the top four for the sixth time in Chris Fagan’s era.</p><p>And now, as a hint of spring returns to the air, we know the bit that comes next very well.  </p><p>September is nearly here, and finals anxiety is about to go off the charts once again.</p><p>Three more wins from here, and the Brisbane Lions, once more, will have gone back to back to back.</p><p>This week on the podcast:</p><p>-The Lions have 6 players in the All Australian Squad</p><p>-Who’s more likely to get a Grand Final fairytale - Kiddy or Linc?</p><p>-Our thoughts on the wildcard matchups</p><p>The Roar Deal is sponsored by Kartable.
