⭐⭐ Surviving 700KM Across Nova Scotia & Charlie's Triathlon Comeback | TRJ #181
Rob is officially back after completing 700 kilometres across Nova Scotia in just 14 days for Run With Rob and CMV Canada.
In this episode of The Running Journey, Rob and Charlie break down the final days of the challenge, including Phil Marcoux's Day 13 recap and how Rob managed to push through some of the hardest moments of the entire run. After covering 50 kilometres every day for two straight weeks, Rob shares what the physical and mental toll actually felt like, how close things came to falling apart and what helped him continue moving forward.
They also discuss whether running 50 kilometres per day felt noticeably different from the marathon-distance format used during previous Run With Rob challenges. Rob reflects on the advocacy side of the journey, the conversations created around congenital CMV, and the importance of continuing to raise awareness for a cause that remains unfamiliar to many Canadian families.
