303. Whiskey Smash

The guys muddle up some memories as they sip a classic that first appeared in Jerry Thomas' 1887 edition of The Bartenders Guide.

WHISKEY SMASH RECIPE:

2oz/60ml BOURBON WHISKEY.75oz/22ml SIMPLE SYRUP 3 LEMON WEDGES 4 MINT LEAVES

Muddle lemons in a shaker. Add other ingredients and shake until well-chilled. Double-strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with mint sprig.
