<p>Host Rachel Neufeld sits down to chat with Dr. Fraser Black.Dr. Black works with the <strong>Palliative Outreach Resource Team</strong> (PORT) in Victoria (Canada) and is a clinical professor with the <strong>UBC Faculty of Medicine</strong>. For more than 20 years, he has supported palliative care initiatives internationally in Brazil, India, Nepal and Tanzania.
