Christopher Bell finally broke through to victory lane, capturing the Southern 500 after dueling with his teammates in the late stages of the race. Not only that, he firmly established himself as a championship threat after Denny Hamlin had on-track contact with Michael McDowell, causing him to lose ground and make repairs. Our resident NASCAR reporters Jeff Gluck and Jordan Bianchi were live on the case in Darlington, and they took to the airwaves after the race to recap the action and take an in depth look at how each of the 16 Chase contenders made out in the crown jewel event.
