Political parties in KwaZulu-Natal are to meet this month in a summit aimed at promoting peace and tolerance ahead of the Local Government Elections on November 4. Premier Thami Ntuli says the gathering - which will involve parties contesting elections and the Independent Electoral Commission - is in part rallying stakeholders to ensure peaceful, free, and fair elections.
