#E10 #S3 Finale: Cindy Flipped the Penguin Soldier (But Nigel Is Still Waiting)

<p>This is the Season 3 finale of The Nigel Season — recorded a day late, and somehow even more unhinged than the rest of it.</p><p>After ten weeks of Nigel and Nigella trying to rewrite lives, steal bodies, and take over the relationship, Cindy ends the war with a Yu-Gi-Oh card. She finds the original Penguin Soldier Tom based Nigel on — 750 attack, 500 defence — and uses its effect: flip it face-up, and the monsters go back to their owners’ hands. Nigel and Nigella get banished. The dream versions vanish. The real Tom and Cindy are still standing.</p><p>Then the story twists again. The card doesn’t destroy them. It only sends them back. Nigel is waiting for the cooldown to end. The Penguin Soldier itself is framed as an old Vatican containment tool that Konami turned into a kids’ card so nobody would notice. Yu-Gi-Oh becomes a specialist programme. Pokémon becomes the mass-market net. The rarest cards hold the strongest entities. Tom, who never followed Pokémon and always followed Yu-Gi-Oh, gets told he was a recruit who never showed up for training.</p><p>Season 3 is over.
