Clark is an outstanding trial lawyer with the firm of Neil Dymott Hudson. He joined the firm in 1990 and has been a shareholder since 1997. Clark specializes in civil litigation with an emphasis on medical malpractice, professional liability, products liability, and personal injury.

Since joining his firm, Clark has tried over 100 jury cases throughout Southern California state courts.

Clark holds the rank of Diplomat in ABOTA — a very high ranking earned through the number of trials he's tried. He's also been admitted to two other significant invitation-only organizations: the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Society of Barristers.

Clark is a former board member and past president of the San Diego Defense Lawyers, and a past president of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.

Clark has been recognized in many ways. He's been named in Best Lawyers in America in the area of medical malpractice law since 2009, and in 2013, 2018, and 2024 was named the Top Medical Malpractice Defense Lawyer by Best Lawyers in America. He's also been named Defense Attorney of the Year by the San Diego Defense Lawyers.
