<p>Is anyone else feeling it?</p><p>That weird mix of nostalgia, anxiety, excitement and <em>HOW IS IT ALREADY ALMOST SEPTEMBER?!</em></p><p>Summer isn&#39;t technically over, but somehow our brains are already there, thinking about school, schedules, routines, work, calendars and everything waiting for us on the other side of Labour Day.</p><p>And suddenly we&#39;re wondering if we did enough.</p><p>Did we make enough memories?<br>Did we make the most of summer?<br>Where did the time go?</p><p>In this episode, I&#39;m unpacking the strange emotional limbo of the end of summer, the pressure to squeeze every last drop out of a season, the anticipatory anxiety of what&#39;s coming next, and why transitions can feel so tender even when we&#39;re excited for what comes next.</p><p>But mostly, I&#39;m exploring one idea:</p><p><strong>Maybe the goal isn&#39;t to hold onto summer.
