Why Veterans Dominate in Business
How do Veterans continue serving after taking off the uniform?
In this episode of Veteran Led, Freddie Kim of MilSpec Talent speaks with Chris Larkin, retired Air Force Veteran and CEO of LMR Technical Group, and Rudy Cazares, Marine Corps Veteran, founder of Cazar Logistics, and professional Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) Implementer.
Chris shares how 28 years of military service—including 12 years as an enlisted combat controller and 16 years as an officer—prepared him to lead and scale a government contracting company. Rudy explains how he moved from the Marine Corps into corporate America before building a logistics operation that grew from eight drivers and five vehicles to more than 200 team members.
Together, they discuss military transition, entrepreneurship, scaling a company, developing people, and the importance of Veteran business networks. They also explain why service does not end when the uniform comes off—and how successful leaders can lift others as they climb.
