Just the usual gang today to recap the last few weeks of races, and some seriously impressive feats of human endurance for special causes.

Chris and Simon have sensible training weeks, while Vici runs a big PB at City to Surf to cap off her month of ‘solid’ runs/races.

We had our on the ground reporter in Bryan Lip covering the Cocos (keeling) Islands Marathon in our unexpected ‘Getaway’ segment, the WAMC Perth 32, the Soul Runners Trail Blaze Fun Run and the spectacle that was the Sydney Marathon and City to Surf.Bryan’s back with an energetic Sydney recap with WA’s marathon power couple and friends, we find out more about the 5km road race on the 6th December and we do another call out for pacers for the Perth Running Festival.
