Eclipse Views, Derecho Damage & Tropical Storm Lala

<p>Meteorologists Emily Gracey and Kerrin Jeromin catch up from opposite sides of the Atlantic as they break down the weather and science stories grabbing their attention this week.</p><p>Emily shares her experience watching the partial solar eclipse from cloudy Scotland, including a very Scottish eclipse celebration complete with bagpipers. They also talk about why weather and cloud cover can make or break an eclipse viewing experience.</p><p>Back in the U.S., Kerrin recaps a major severe weather event, including widespread hurricane-force wind gusts, extensive damage and a 99 mph wind gust in Indiana.
