Vrouwe Justitia: what’s in a name? Yousra gaat met doctoranda Nozizwe Dube en professoren Pieter Cannoot en Eva Brems in gesprek over genderongelijkheid in het recht. Samen werpen ze hun licht op de ontstaansgeschiedenis van intersectionaliteit, de koloniale denkbeelden bij het Mensenrechtenhof in haar hoofddoekenrechtspraak, maar ook op de baanbrekende impact van de Transgenderwet op de relatie tussen recht en gender(autonomie). Een gesprek over hoe recht machtsverhoudingen in stand houdt, maar ze ook kan doorbreken.
