Season Eight - Episode Seven - Wayne Pilon

The Commercial Cooking program at Saskatoon's Mount Royal Collegiate is teaching grade 11 and 12 students more than just the basics of working in a restaurant kitchen. The program is instilling confidence and the joys of teamwork to students enrolled in the class.
