It’s Wayback Wednesday! Sometimes, bad dreams are more than just bad dreams. This week, we go back sixteen years to a discussion on how to make night terrors stop.

REPORTS OF sleep paralysis are so widespread and so common throughout history that one would think science would have nailed the cause by now. The phenomenon is more complex than bad dreams, and far more real.
