AFL-CIO's Fred Redmond on Election Protectors and the 2 Million Goal

AFL-CIO Secretary-Treasurer Fred Redmond joins for the first Friday with Fred segment to discuss the unanimous AFL-CIO Executive Council position supporting worker-first candidates regardless of party, the election protection program with more than 50,000 trained protectors deployed in yellow vests at battleground state polling locations through at least seven days after November 3rd and the 2 million new union member organizing goal set at the June convention, which Redmond describes as the floor not the ceiling, with the needle already moving in the right direction.
