Amarach customer service survey findings

Amarach have conducted a new customer experience survey. Overall Ireland’s CXi rating internationally rose this year with supermarkets and banks doing much better than in previous years. To find out more details on the survey findings was Gerard O’Neill Chair of Amarach who carried out this survey.
