Christa Pike up and walking — will she sue after the botched execution?

Christa Pike is reportedly up and walking inside her hospital room after a botched execution in the state of Tennessee. Pike was convicted of killing Colleen Slemmer and sentenced to death. But after two lethal doses of pentobarbital, she survived and has come off a ventilator. In this episode of Brian Entin Investigates, Brian talks to an anesthesiologist hired by the defense who reviewed all of Pike’s medical records and said she was not a candidate for lethal injection because of her health conditions. Also, Brian talks with attorney Mark Geragos about the potential that Pike could sue the state of Tennessee.
