Sunday 1st Service: 20 Sep 2026 “God’s Grace Leads to Obedience” Romans CH 6:12-16

What does it really mean to be “under grace”? Does God’s grace simply provide forgiveness when we sin, or should His grace actually change the way that we live? In Romans 6:12-16, the Apostle Paul tells believers not to allow sin to reign in their mortal bodies and not to present their members as instruments of unrighteousness. Instead, we are called to present ourselves to God as those who are alive from the dead. In this teaching, we examine the relationship between God’s grace and obedience, the continuing battle with the sin nature, the difference between conditional surrender and unconditional obedience, and what it means to live under grace rather than under the law.
