Executive presence is not gravitas, appearance, or how much you speak; it is the conclusion other people reach about your internal state, specifically how you are likely to function under pressure. It becomes visible through five signals: a controlled pace, economy with completeness, composure under pressure, decision level framing, and the ability to leave space. Those signals cannot be faked by speaking up more, because they are produced by five inner conditions: competence, cognitive clarity, internal authority, consequence readiness, and orientation toward service. Visibility only determines whether people notice your contribution, while presence determines what they conclude once they have, so building the conditions, not adding airtime, is what changes how leadership reads you.
