Her whole career has been dedicated to professional learning, from designing a Teaching Fellows program for new teachers, creating in-house professional development tailored to the needs of the staff, building instructional coaching programs, and serving as the Dean of Faculty where she oversaw the overhaul of teacher growth and evaluation. Lori is also the co-author of one of Kim's favorite books on professional learning, The PD Book, among several other fabulous books!
