219: A Performance Plan Story (PIP) with a Happy Ending, Incredible Seller Jill Fratianne
I met Jill when she was two years into her sales role at Hubspot. She visited the Women Sales Pros annual event at Simmons College in Boston and she was there representing Hubspot since no one else from Hubspot would stop by. Jill said, "uh, I'll come by" - and am I glad she did. It was the start of a great friendship that has lasted almost as long as she's been at Hubspot - we met 14 years ago.
Jill is fearless, dedicated, committed, and flexible to have worked at the same tech company for 16 years - name anyone else who has done that in recent years? But she had a time when she got married and was a new mom - and how she sold previously didn't work in the new life she had.
I heard her share this story on one of Dan Tyre's community calls and it blew me away. I knew Jill all these years but didn't hear that story until this year. It's an important lesson and so we're sharing it with others.
