A holiday comedy about a lifestyle magazine writer (Barbara Stanwyck) who is tasked by the magazine publisher (Sydney Greenstreet) to prepare and host a Christmas feast for a returning war hero (Dennis Morgan).  However, there's a slight problem...she doesn't really live on a farm, nor can she cook!
