Engineer Brandon Emans Named Northwest Firefighter of the Year

Engineer Brandon Emans was recognized for his work in training other engineers at the Northwest Fire training center. Many others were awarded Gold Lifesaving medals, Commendation Medal, Fire Chief Citations and Exception Duty Recognition.
