MMM Meatloaf - Kim's Recipe

Kim's Mmm-Mmm Meatloaf

Ingredients:

1 lb meatloaf mix (or, 1/3 each beef, pork, and veal mixed together if you can't find it)

½ onion, diced

1 large or extra large egg

Garlic salt

Onion salt

Black pepper

Oregano

Parsley

Pecorino/Romano cheese; I prefer the Locatelli brand. (grated into a powder form)

Italian style bread crumbs
