Taekwon-Do in Charter Schools: Grandmaster Robert Zang

Grandmaster Robert Zang, a 9th Degree ITF Taekwon-Do Black Belt, has made Taekwon-Do part of the curriculum at Provident Charter Schools in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Through his hard work and dedication, Taekwon-Do has become a way of life for everyday students.

A student of Taekwon-Do pioneer Grandmaster Park, Jong-Soo, Grandmaster Zang has dedicated his life to the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) system. Tradition and the authenticity of the art are central to everything he teaches as the owner of Zang's Taekwondo.

The connection between Grandmaster Zang and Master Joe Lupo is a story in itself. He first discovered A Black Belt Way of Life as a listener of the show. He became a fan because the values he teaches match Master Joe's, along with the show's positive message. That shared outlook sets the stage for this episode.
