He traces the model from PFA-informed Skill-Based Treatment, explains the continuously available practice, hangout, and leave options, and clarifies why hands-off treatment is not the same as contingency-free treatment.</p><p>The episode reviews the foundational ECM study, later school and home applications, and the host&#39;s own clinical adaptation with a kindergarten-aged learner. It also takes an honest look at the limits of the evidence, unequal reinforcement across contexts, feasibility barriers, and the difference between offering a choice and giving that choice real influence.</p>
