Emily Ricketson is the first and current executive director of AIM. She earned a BS in neuroscience from UT Austin in 2024, where she researched autism spectrum disorder in the Pierce Lab and got involved with Lifelong Learning with Friends. She worked weekends as a PRN residential caregiver at Marbridge.
