He shares the real context first: a business team, one content hire brought on in the last month, no designer used in nearly three years, and no kids. Instagram alone accounts for about 75 pieces of content per week, and he hasn’t missed a day of posting since March 28th, 2021, a streak that hits 2,000 days on September 18th, 2026. That consistency is generating roughly 20 million views per month.

Brock walks through the five systems that make this possible: an organization system built on automatically sorted cloud storage and Google Sheets tracking, a planning system for gathering and acting on inspiration, a creation system that keeps filming separate from editing and planning, a scheduling system where every post gets scheduled five separate times across different windows, and a tracking system that closes the loop. Before any of that, he shares the one prerequisite: if you don't already have at least a daily post scheduled for the next 14 days, stop posting and start creating.
