<p>🎙️ What If Your First College Isn&#39;t Your Final College?</p><p>In many college sports, athletes are encouraged to consider starting at a <strong>Division II or Division III program and transferring to Division I</strong> after a year or two.</p><p>Gymnastics has traditionally looked at this pathway differently.</p><p>But with all of the changes happening in college gymnastics recruiting, <strong>we have to be willing to think differently and get creative.</strong></p><p>What if more gymnasts viewed D2 or D3 as a potential pathway to their <strong>dream D1 school?</strong></p><p>It certainly isn&#39;t the right path for everyone, and it shouldn&#39;t be approached simply as a way to “get to D1.”</p><p>But <strong>it is a path worth discussing and considering.</strong></p><p>The recruiting landscape is changing—and sometimes finding the right path means being willing to think outside the traditional recruiting model.</p><p><br></p><p>www.jhicksconsulting.com/contact </p>
