Prof Responds — Was Lily Potter a "Pick Me" or Was She Picked?

Professor Julian Wamble returns to respond directly to listener reactions from the Lily Potter episode of Critical Magic Theory. Pulling from Patreon and Spotify comments, this Prof Responds episode tackles three flashpoints: why fans blame Lily for Snape's fall to the Death Eaters, whether her sacrifice for Harry counts as heroism or "just what mothers do," and why Lily remains a blank slate compared to James's character arc. The reflection centers on those who called Lily a "pick me," and why that label gets the story backward. Prof submits that if we're going to hold the "pick me" accountable, why don't we hold the picker accountable too?
