This week’s channeled message is a powerful reminder that the path of least resistance is a choice.

As we move into the final quarter of 2026, Spirit speaks about the deep purge and release that has been taking place and the shift that is now happening - from healing into embodiment and reprogramming.

The work isn’t about falling apart when we are triggered. It’s about becoming aware of what is being shown to us, accepting what needs to change, and choosing a new response.

Spirit’s message is direct: you have been given what you need. Now it’s time to stand on your own two feet.

This doesn’t mean your guides are leaving you. They are still here to support and guide you -but you must take ownership of your choices, your energy, and the way you move forward.

If you want something different, you must be willing to do something different.

So, as you enter this new week, ask yourself:

What will you choose going forward?

Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t, and allow this message to meet you exactly where you are on your healing journey.
