She spent four years studying trauma-informed somatic healing, womb wisdom yoga, and tantra in Bali, Greece, and Mexico ; and is now creating spaces in NY / NJ and retreats around the world for women to feel connected in sisterhood, celebrated in their feminine essence, and alive with eros.
