Besides like health insurance and get a laptop, and fight with IT to get access to all the tools? </p><p><br></p><p>Gertrud “Valhalla” Anirudhan joined this ep to share her wisdom, AND journey, into this, as she recently joined a company and actually went through those 30 days. She&#39;s ex-Speero, so you know we talked mad shit about Ben Labay ;) </p><p><br></p><p>We got into:</p><p>- What you should aim to accomplish in 30 days, tactically (not just &#39;build a culture of experimentation)</p><p>- We debated a bit of &#39;tactics&#39; vs. &#39;politics&#39; you should balance in 30 days (I won obviously, but she made a strong case)</p><p>- She shared really cool stories of her experiences, one of which is ... making a case for copying competitors?
