"Leadership Isn't Driven by Fear" — Heather Turner on Building Whole Leaders

In this episode, Dave Groves sits down with Heather Turner, the new Executive Director of the David and Barbara Green Centre for Global Leadership at Oral Roberts University. Heather's path here is anything but typical! Before stepping into this role, she spent time in Oklahoma's state government and ran her own local school of music. Now she's bringing that same entrepreneurial, people-first energy to the Green Centre, a hub built to develop "whole leaders for the whole world." Tune in as Heather shares what it means to grow leaders who are equipped not just to succeed, but to serve students, staff, and industry partners alike.
