Taking summer off as a business owner

<p>Most business owners think stepping away means the business suffers. I took the whole summer off much to find out if that's actually true. And, well, because I wanted to. What my (small) team was really doing while I was gone, the one assumption almost everyone makes about founders taking time off (and why it's wrong), and the decision I made two weeks before I left that changed everything.
