Savio P. Clemente - It Was Never About the Summit

When Clarity Begins to Fail

We tend to admire people who keep going under pressure. Those who push through uncertainty, manage the demands, and somehow continue to deliver.

But what if the ability to keep going is also preventing us from recognising what the pressure is doing to us?

Performance doesn't always fail first. Sometimes clarity does.

On October 15th, I'll be joined by Savio P. Clemente, keynote and TEDx speaker, journalist, bestselling author, and board-certified health and wellness coach, for a conversation about what happens when pressure lasts longer than expected.

Having interviewed more than 2,000 leaders and survived cancer twice, Savio brings both professional insight and deeply personal experience to questions about resilience, decision-making, identity, and recovery.

We'll explore why resilience isn't simply about enduring more, how prolonged pressure quietly affects our judgment, and why surviving a difficult experience doesn't necessarily mean we've recovered from it.

And perhaps we'll challenge an assumption along the way. Have we become so focused on building resilient people that we've forgotten to question the conditions requiring so much resilience?

#InspiringConversations #Leadership #Resilience #Clarity #WellbeingAtWork #podmatch
