7.77 The Simple Life: Marcy Marsh | Less Striving, More Surrender

<p>Hey ladies, welcome back to Help Me Abide! I’m so glad you’re here.</p><p>This season is all about The Simple Life. Learning how to slow down, focus on what really matters, and most importantly, learning what it looks like to simply abide in Christ.</p><p>And today’s conversation is one I think so many of us need.</p><p>Have you ever found yourself trying so hard to do everything right? Trying to be a better Christian, a better wife, a better mom, a better friend and somewhere along the way, you realize you’re just  striving?</p><p>Today, we’re talking about less striving and more surrender.</p><p>Our guest is someone who is so easy to listen to because she is just so real. She feels like the kind of friend you could sit down with over a cup of coffee and talk about the things that are actually going on in your heart.</p><p>I’m so excited to have Marcy Marsh with us today. I know you’re going to enjoy her honesty, her encouragement, and the practical way she brings us back to what really matters.</p><p>Because maybe the simple life isn’t about doing more.</p><p>Maybe it’s about surrendering more.</p><p>Are you ready to be encouraged and equipped to abide in Christ? Let’s get into the heart of today’s episode.</p><p><br></p><p>RESOURCES:</p><p><a href="https://www.faithmusicmissions.org/products/in-the-midst?_pos=1&_sid=d32e74909&_ss=r" target="_blank" rel="ugc noopener noreferrer">He&#39;s Always been Faithful </a>- Song</p><p><a href="https://www.facebook.com/groups/1094470304918810" target="_blank" rel="ugc noopener noreferrer">Refined Ladies Ministry</a> - Facebook Page</p><p><a href="https://www.amazon.com/In-His-Steps-Charles-M-Sheldon-audiobook/dp/B0000545G0/ref=sr_1_1?crid=34ENH3YD6NI6W&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.pFmKEhDJVjoywAJpGDRkvHYWJeOvR-STQBqvTjTCN7cP5paKCxOApTtM_4iE7vA6FEVO73p7CFea84grUfLkqmpgGgLiFMTCEB3ieFA6XycXBgsUE_kCxIOHKpwZT8S0X_dOY5N7VBAVe6Y8ZDdKz-b97G-vFdmMt1A5IocWXMcO1BF5zTgE9ThDGIX3kFp7lGhFUE5iNV7PLP70vyaG89OIx_PK4RJAgaMnvlmLis8.YbyjqEC_4Onwd25dZ0dMA3cOhNd1yk5WeRD8KynVr8E&dib_tag=se&keywords=in+His+steps&qid=1787101004&s=audible&sprefix=in+his+step%2Caudible%2C173&sr=1-1" target="_blank" rel="ugc noopener noreferrer">In His Steps</a> - Book</p><p><br></p><p>TEAM:</p><p><a href="https://www.helpmeabide.com/our-team" target="_blank" rel="ugc noopener noreferrer"><strong>Podcast Facilitator</strong> - Mrs Tammy Goddard </a></p><p><a href="
