Lamar and first-year coach Jesse Minter open at Indianapolis as 3.5-point road favorites. Bucs at Bengals is the points game — Cincinnati -3.5, total 50.5. Lions host the Saints as a touchdown favorite. Steelers get Atlanta. Jaguars are laying eight and a half to Cleveland. Jets-Titans is a 38.5-total hostage situation in Nashville. Bears at Panthers exists so someone can lose Week 1 in Carolina.

Then the late window gets mean. Packers at Vikings is a one-and-a-half-point home favorite for Minnesota because Green Bay is missing Micah Parsons and Josh Jacobs is on the commissioner’s exempt list. Kyler Murray’s first start as a Viking. Jordan Love still has to go play. Commanders at Eagles is Philly -5.5 after they traded A.J. Brown to New England and handed the offense to Sean Mannion.
