Life's a mirror, it'll show you where in life you are not free! (People, Places and Circumstances)

<p><strong>Welcome to episode 73 on In Her Alchemy!</strong></p><p><br></p><p>I chose to record this after sharing a short story on my Instagram a couple of weeks ago and having a number of people wanting to hear a bit more on it, so... here it is! The concept was around how life will present you with people and circumstances to show you in life where you are not free.</p><p><br></p><p>The people who trigger you, the patterns that keep repeating, the moments that activate you emotionally… they’re all often revealing something WAY deeper.</p><p><br></p><p>In this episode, I explore how life presents us with people and circumstances that show us where we’re still attached, reactive, fearful, or seeking control... and guess what? It&#39;s not to punish us, but it is an invitation to bring awareness to the places within us that are asking, maybe even screaming... for <em>freedom</em>.</p><p><br></p><p>A conversation about triggers, emotional reactions, nervous system patterns, relationships, and the subtle power of self-awareness and self-responsibility.</p>
