Israel Uses AI To Predict Terrorists ft. Kira Radinsky

AI can identify a patient at risk or even predict a terrorist attack, but a prediction only matters if someone acts on it.

Kira Radinsky, Co-Founder and CTO of Diagnostic Robotics, joins Yoel Israel to explain how the company analyzes almost 60 billion historical patient claims to predict deterioration and determine the best proactive clinical next step. She shares how AI voice agents can help health plans reach more patients, coordinate care, and address barriers that human teams may not have the capacity to handle.

Kira also traces her path from Kyiv to Israel, starting university at 15, and discovering AI after accidentally killing the cells she was supposed to study.
