Description: An organization called Complete Picture uses the power of film to give judges exactly that: a complete picture, an in-depth, humanizing look at the lives of individuals facing prison for non-violent crimes. Complete Picture has helped reduce or prevent prison time for every single defendant it's worked with and the organization’s founders say this is just the beginning: films like theirs could become a regular part of the sentencing process across the country. Today, it’s art that’s changing lives and healing a broken system, one person at a time. Joining me are Complete Picture founder and CEO Rebecca Grace and art director John Gray, partners in life and work, and two of the defendants that they’ve worked with—Gary Roberts and Chondra [CHAWN-DRA i.e. Cha Cha].
