Nobody Told You How To Be The Boss

In your first thirty days they are running one quiet test, and it&#39;s one question: is this person going to make my job better or worse? Whatever they decide becomes the lens for everything after. TAKE WORK AWAY, DON&#39;T ADD IT. Your first visible change should remove something, not add something, and one question tells you exactly what to kill.</p><p><br></p><p>2. READ THE LEDGER YOU INHERITED. Your team is still keeping a list about the last person in your chair, and three questions in your first one-on-ones get you the balance.</p><p><br></p><p>3. SAY WHAT STAYS.
